How to setup a holiday schedule?

Use schedule overrides to create a one-time adjustment to your on-call schedule, i.e. your usual on-call schedule stays in-tact.

To schedule different shifts on holidays, we recommend to use overrides.

Alert source support hours

Note that an alert source's support hours do not support overrides. You would need to manually modify the alert source's support hours before holiday and change it back after the holiday.
