To block a number from calling your call routing number, send a request to support@ilert.com.
If you receive unwanted calls to your call routing number, you can ask our support to block the numbers. Send a request to support@ilert.com with the following information:
- The numbers to block (including country code, e.g. +12401234567)
- The call routing number(s) that should block these numbers
To see whether a number is blocked, open the call routing configuration page:
