I have purchased a subscription, but my iLert account still has a notification limit.

It usually takes a 1-2 hours until your account is fully activated. Please log out and log back in to see whether the message in the header disappeared.

If your payment went through and you're still not able to receive sms or voice notifications after 2 hours, please contact us.
